Pricing Policy & Order Form

We believe in fair pricing and our prices are clearly marked on our products. Most of our teas are available in both Packet and Tin packaging. Tin products are an additional £1.00. When ordering please select your preference.

As we offer specialist products which are hand made in small quantities, there may be occasions when we can not guarantee that the product listed will be in stock. If you order a product which is out of stock, we will contact you by email and inform you when we expect delivery to be. We are happy to refund any product which is out of stock.


Payment Options

We currently accept payment via the following Credit and Debit cards:- Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express. Cheques, payable to ‘Sherston Tea Company’ are accepted if ordering by post. Unfortunately, we can not accept responsiblity for cash sent through the post and you do so at your own risk.


Ordering Online

We have made ordering our teas, tisanes and teaware as simple as possible. You can add items to your Shopping Cart and pay for goods online. You can be reassured that your payment will be handled with care and we offer a secure transaction process through our PayPal Shopping Cart. You do not need a PayPal account to order from us and we accept all major Credit and Debit cards.


Ordering By Post

We understand that some people feel uncomfortable about paying online and we are pleased to accept payment by cheque. If you prefer to order by post, please complete an order form and send to:

Delivery & Postage

All items are despatched by First Class Royal Mail once cleared funds have been received. If you have paid by cheque, please allow an additional 5 days for your payment to clear before your items are despatched.

Our postage rates are based on the total amount as follows: –

*Please note that heavy items may attract an additional charge and this will be reflected in your shopping cart before ordering.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that items occasionally get damaged in the post. If you need to return any item, please return it unopened with 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure you provide us with your email address, postal address and the amount paid for the returned goods. All returns should be sent to:-
