In China, Chun Mee tea is very popular and its tradition is very old. Chun Mee means ‘Precious Eyebrow’, because of the appearance of the leaf shape which is reminiscent of the eyebrows of classical Chinese beauties. The process of rolling the leaves into the eyebrow shape demands great skill. It is grown in Southeast China near the river Yangtse. The tea has a very typical taste with a tangy aroma accompanied by a slight sweetness.

Tasting Notes
